Craft your reality -the people and ideas behind it.
A no-code XR platform built by people who got tired of explaining complex products the hard way. Here's the story, the team, and the recognition so far.
VUSE XR was founded by a software engineer and a product expert who kept asking the same question: why is it still so hard to explain complex products? Static PDFs, outdated demo videos, products too large, too expensive, or too far away to bring to the table - the tools teams were using to sell and train on their most important innovations hadn't kept pace with how complex those innovations had become.
So they built the platform they wished they had: a no-code XR solution that lets anyone turn a product into an immersive, interactive experience - no engineering team, no agency, no warehouse required. Today, VUSE XR helps industrial and life science teams train faster, sell smarter, and support better, by bringing their products to life instantly, anywhere in the world.
It takes a village
Great software doesn't get built by chance - it gets built by people who care enough to sweat the details. At VUSE XR, that means a team of young talent and seasoned operators working side by side:
People who studied engineering, business, and design at places like HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and the University of Greifswald, and who've cut their teeth at companies ranging from fast-moving XR startups to established media and industrial players.

What holds the team together isn't a job title - it's a mindset. We hire people who dare to say yes to the hard problem, who'd rather prototype something today than perfect a slide deck about it. That's the VUSE spirit: curious, hands-on, and allergic to "that's how it's always been done."
It shows in how the team works. A software mindset that treats every release as a chance to improve, not a finish line. A commitment to quality that means a demo has to actually work - in front of a customer, on the show floor, under pressure, not just in a controlled test. A willingness to go the extra mile, whether that's rebuilding a client's product landscape from CAD files days before a trade show, or being on a call late in the evening because a customer in a different time zone needs support. And above all, a relentless focus on the customer: VUSE XR doesn't succeed unless the teams using it close more deals, train people faster, and look good doing it.

Customer focus
We only win when our customers close, train, and look good doing it.
Quality
A demo has to work - live, on the show floor, under pressure.
Extra mile
Rebuilding a landscape days before a trade show. Standard.
Commitment
Dare to say yes to the hard problem, first.
Software Mindset
Every release is a chance to improve, not a finish line.

Niclas Matthias
Founder and CEO
Niclas founded VUSE XR in 2023 out of a conviction that immersive technology should be as easy to use as it is powerful. Before starting VUSE XR, he worked in international business development in the XR industry, experience that shaped his sharp read on what sales and marketing teams actually need from immersive technology — not novelty, but a tool that shortens the path from "interested" to "sold." An HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management alumnus, Niclas leads VUSE XR's strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market with the same directness he brings to a pitch: bring the innovation, take control of the story, and let the product speak for itself.

Dr. Paul Matthias
Co-Founder and CTO
Paul is the engineering force behind VUSE XR's no-code XR platform, translating research-grade rigor — his doctorate is from the University of Greifswald — into a product that lets nontechnical teams turn CAD files into functional mixed reality in seconds. As Co-Founder and CTO, he owns the technical vision that makes VUSE XR's promise possible: complex products, rendered instantly, without a developer in sight. It's the kind of quiet, deep technical work that customers never see directly, but rely on completely.

Jan Hendrik Degner
CCO
Jan Hendrik joins VUSE XR as Chief Commercial Officer from CEWE Group, Europe's leading photo service provider, where he served as Head of Corporate Development — shaping
business strategy and driving the corporate initiatives that kept a market leader ahead of the curve. Like Niclas, he's an alumnus of HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, giving the two a shared foundation in how to turn strategy into commercial execution. At VUSE XR, he takes that same strategic rigor and points it squarely at go-to-market: building the commercial engine that turns product innovation into scalable customer growth.

Robert Günther
VP Sales and Service Deliver
Robert joins VUSE XR as VP Sales & Service Delivery, arriving from Meta, where he led XR content partnerships and immersive-technology initiatives — deep inside the ecosystem that's now setting the pace for mixed reality worldwide. As he put it when he made the move: he left Meta in 2024 with a specific idea — that virtual and mixed reality had reached the point where they could deliver real business value, not just novelty. Based in Hamburg and backed by a further background with HMS Hamburg Media School, Robert leads the charge on turning VUSE XR's platform into results for customers post-sale: making sure every deployment lands well and every client relationship compounds into the next opportunity. His arrival marks VUSE XR's growing focus on scaling not just its sales, but the service delivery that keeps customers coming back
